HHDC members are sourced through organized job fairs. After which, they undergo a series of screening procedures, and are matched with a job that fulfills the client's needs. Recognizing that they are branded as direct representatives of the cooperative, HHDC members ensure excellent performance and dedicated service to further elevate the cooperative's exceptional reputation.
According to Mr. Diogenes Garay II, even before they are accepted in the cooperative, more than the skills, they are screened based on their attitudes. He adds, "An HHDC member must specifically posses four qualities - good-natured (mabuting tao), trustworthy (mapagkakatiwalaan), has love for God and fellowmen (mapaghamal sa Diyos at sa kapwa) and always ready to help (laging handang tumulong)."
